Convenient airport shuttles, helpful and efficient staff, clean and quiet rooms with unique Japanese robes, delicious breakfast, and reliable shuttle service. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend to others.

The hotel staff was very attentive and provided great service. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The proximity to the airport was convenient, with a frequent and efficient shuttle service. The restaurant had a nice variety of dishes at reasonable prices.

The best aspects of my stay were the convenient location and the excellent shuttle service. The hotel is situated near the airport, making it perfect for early morning flights. The free shuttle provided a quick and comfortable ride to the airport, ensuring a stress-free departure. Additionally, the hotel shuttle also conveniently transported guests to the nearby train station. This made it easy to explore other parts of the city without the hassle of finding transportation.

There were a few worst aspects of my experience at this hotel. The check-in staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, leaving a negative impression right from the start.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with two sinks in the bathroom, a tub, and a shower. The staff provides excellent service, especially catering to special requests such as food allergies. The breakfast offers a wide range of Japanese and Western options.

The lighting in the Chinese and Japanese restaurants can be too bright, giving a cafeteria-like atmosphere.

Luxurious and Convenient Rest Stop. Staying here was a truly luxurious experience. From the moment I walked into this venue, I was impressed by the exclusive amenities and the friendly staff. The Spa & wellness centre was an absolute highlight, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage and a refreshing dip in the indoor swimming pool. The sauna and Jacuzzi were also excellent and provided a tranquil escape. The restaurant offered a delicious in-room breakfast, with options to suit all tastes. Additionally, the private facilities in my room were fantastic and made my stay incredibly comfortable. The venue's location was perfect for my overnight stay, as it was conveniently located near the airport.

The on-site Chinese restaurant provides a no-frills dining experience, although the food is expensive and the service is disinterested. The hotel rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a view overlooking the airport runways. The shuttle service to and from the airport is reliable, making it easy to catch flights on time.

The breakfast buffet at the hotel was lackluster, with mediocre to poor food quality and cleanliness issues.

Amazing Service During Illness

During my recent stay at the Hilton, I unfortunately fell ill. However, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and recovery.

We stayed here for one night and were amazed by the luxurious amenities that this hotel provided. The Spa & wellness centre was exquisite and we indulged in their relaxing massage services. The indoor swimming pool was large and included a sauna and a jacuzzi. The service was first-rate, with staff always willing to go above and beyond to fulfill our needs. Our in-room breakfast was scrumptious, and the bar/lounge area provided a perfect place to unwind after a tiring day of travel.

The only minor issue we encountered was the high prices at the hotel's restaurant. However, with a convenient location near the airport, this was not a major problem.

I enjoyed the complimentary beauty products in the onsen. The location was perfect for catching an early morning flight, with easy access to the airport and the JR train station. We caught the free bus from the airport and were at the hotel in a very short time. Check-in was very friendly and we were upgraded as Diamond Members. The room was huge with a nice view. There is a good convenience store in the lobby with lots of options. Breakfast was included as a Diamond Member. I had emailed the hotel regarding my son's food allergy and was so impressed with their response. As soon as we said our names at breakfast, the manager - Machida-san - whipped out my son's tray of bowls, cups and cutlery that had been cleaned and disinfected. Super service! There was a big range of food and drink - Japanese and Western. I'll recommend this hotel.
